Complete Pipe Measurement and Inspection System
The system measures various parameters of smooth and profiled pipes:
The system is able to measure pipes with inner diameters from 55mm to 300mm. Pipe length is up to 100 m.
Custom-made configurations are available.

OPERATION
In order to prepare for the measurement, the laser source is to be placed at the end of the pipe. The target for laser beam adjustment is to be placed at the other end of the pipe. The user should aim the laser beam in the center of the target using special adjustment screws and then remove the target.
The probe is to be inserted into the pipe. All the rest processes are handled automatically after pushing “Start” button. Status of measurement is displayed on the laptop screen. The final report can be printed or stored in a database or on a memory card.
The probe provides to carry out measurements over the entire surface of the pipe excluding the areas (at the beginning and at the end) which do not exceed 60. Using special pipe extender allows measuring all the surface of the pipe.
The probe moves along the pipe automatically. The probe motion control and data transaction are wireless.
Replacement of centering rollers and moving module allows controlling wide range of pipes with inner diameters from 57mm to 120mm (from 120mm to 154 mm) using only one system.
The module which is located on the front of the probe can be easily replaced and provides either video inspection (Video Channel) or non-straightness measuring (Non-Straightness (warpage) Channel);
The Video Channel houses a 5 Mpix camera with fish-eye lens and 3 channel LED lighting system especially designed for hi-res video inspection of pipe interiors.
The laser distance gauge measures the distance from the probe to the pipes end to bind measured results to the probe position.
Periodic calibration of this instrument is required for which it is necessary to use a special block (included), imitating non-straightness and having two to five graduation rings for diameter (ovality) channel calibration.
Operation speed: 2 m per minute.
