This is a Complete Pipe Measurement and Inspection System which is designed for video inspection of inner surface and measuring of profile, inner diameter and ovality of pipes, stators, cylinders, etc.

Also, the system can be used for welding seam inspection.

Probius UNIQUE is one of the most sophisticated systems in our line-up. UNIQUE is equipped with the adaptive centering module (we call it SMAC). 

SMAC allows the measurement head to automatically move and center in pipes of variable diameter, pass the cone sections in both directions.

We offer UNIQUE in the maximum configuration. All available measurement channels are already integrated. Systems are available for inner diameters from 80 mm.

The measurement head consists of

• laser rotating scanner (both point and line rotating scanners are available);
• frontal video channel;
• side panoramic video channel;
• non-straigtness channel;
• laser rangefinder (distance between the gauge to the edge of the pipe);
• inclinometer.
